Fantasy League Info
The fantasy league is open to all current and old boys alike.
To register a team click the fantasy league link in the members drop down menu. This will take you to the fantastar homepage where you will need to register (green bar at the very top, above BBC Sport and HKY World).
Once you've registered your account, you will then need the owen's password, 000587Manchebd3670, to join the league. Then you can create your team.
A Fantasy Team must consist of 11 players in a 1-4-4-2 formation (1 Goalkeeper (GLK), 4 Defenders (DEF), 4 Midfielders (MID) and 2 Forwards (FWD))
You must transfer a player the day before the match for that player to score any points in that match.
A Goalkeeper will score:
5 points for every goals scored.
6 points for every clean sheet.
-1 points for every goals conceeded.
A Defender will score:
5 points for every goals scored.
3 points for every clean sheet.
-1 points for every goals conceeded.
A Midfielder will score:
4 points for every goals scored.
A Striker will score:
3 points for every goals scored.
All Players will score:
2 points for every appearance.
-3 points for every green card.
-5 points for every yellow card.
-6 points for every red card.
5 points for every man of the match.
-5 points for every dick of the day.
You have unlimited transfers until the first league fixture (TOMORROW!)
After that you have 20 transfers for the rest of the season.
You can't have more than 3 players from one team.
Teams will cost £5 each to enter, and you can enter as many teams as you want.
The best manager at the end of the year will win £50 cash prize.
